Very professional and friendly crew 8/6/2010

We decided to go with Indoor Weather instead of Fox Services with the replacement of our AC units. Jeff, the owner, is a great person to work with. The crew was very professional and they completed the job on time. On the day of installation, I happened to go to their web site and found a coupon for $100 off. I called them up and asked if they would allow me to use the coupon. They told me that would not be a problem. Nice deal! I will call them for all my AC, heating, appliance needs from now on. more

Great Service! 8/6/2010

I called Indoor Weather Professionals when my A/C had stopped cooling but was running nonstop. IWP was the only company that I called that was able to come out that same day. They immediately identified the problem, and it was fixed right away. Now I always call them whenever I need A/C or appliance service. more

A friend recommended IWP when I had a power issue with my A/C. The turnaround time was amazing. When the tech arrived, he inspected my unit inside and out and determined the problem quickly. He was able to explain the problem in layman's terms and show me the readings of my unit before and after the fix. He also provided some helpful hints for easy maintenance during the summer season. Way to go IWP!!! You go above and beyond! Pros: Experienced Staff, Fast Service Cons: none more

Their ductwork was very bad and leaking when they left and they left pieces off my outside unit. I had to call them and beg them to send someone out to fix it. They sent the same guy and he admitted he had done horrible work. They charged me for things they did not do and they still have never fixed my outside unit. I would not call them again ever execept to complain. I usually don't write reviews but stay safe, call somebody else. Pros: well, none Cons: Poor work, bad customer service, could not fix their own mis more
