Good: Loved the value for the price. For less than $29 / day I have everything but an oven. Housekeeping comes by once per week to clean up and do as well as any hotel I've stayed at. Have a comfortable bed, cable with HBO, etc. Onsite washer using tokens eliminates fear of damage due to vandals. Within walking distance of most places you'd want to go, including Kmart, a number of restaurants and steak houses, as well as a grocery store and an awesome national park!. Bad: Not all the washers/driers work and corporate seems slow to fix or repair. You are allotted 1 set of towels that when used are never replaced - just picked up by house keeping. Road in or out of location is in need of repair. Improvements: Maybe add an exercise room, or at least a basketball goal at the remote end of the lot.. Other: Housekeepers are background screened and drug tested and the manager is serious about his job (not sure how new he might be). Some guests are here because they are down and on their way out and this is the last (best) place they can afford. I've seen families come and go as well an police officers, singles, newly divorced and divorcing as well. I personally have a choice to move if I want to and choose not to because I like it here. I've not seen any of the others, so I can only speak for here..
