I have been a customer since 1991, I have been more than satisfied with the quality of service. I trust the quality if the work that is done here. Mike Peck(the owner) has gone over and above the call of duty many times to help me, he has even come out to help me when I have locked my keys in the car! It is a clean and well run business. I can call and ask questions about my car and get an well informed answer. When I bring my car in for routine service my car is returned to me without mechanic's grease on the interior and the seats have been covered in plastic to protect them from grime. If there is anything that needs to be repaired that wasn't expected I am called ahead of time and it is discussed with me so I can make an informed decision for my car and my budget. This place is honest and reliable. I recommend it to all my friends. more

Ditto to Michelle's comments. I always dreaded taking my car in for any sort of maintenance because of past experiences. I took my 2003 Honda to Mike for 60,000 miles checkup. Mike took the time to explain all the work that need to be done and helped me to prioritize my repairs so I could stay within my budget. So I didn't have a heart attack when I got the bill. Turnaround was quick. They offer rides back to your home if it's short distance when you drop off your car, which is nice. Call to verity their new address...I was told they were in the process of moving. more

Michael Peck runs an automotive repair shop in Redmond located in the industrial area located near the East entrance of Marymoor Park. I have been taking my Honda and Ford (don’t let "Import" in the name stop you from bringing in a domestic make car) for over 10 years. My Honda is a 1987 and still running strong due to his careful maintenance. I trust Mike because he is always completely up-front with you about your car. If you are short on cash and need to delay a repair, he will let you know if that is doable and how much time you might have. He will order rebuilt parts to save you money. He will refer you to a specialist if the problem is outside the scope of his work. We had to have the transmission rebuilt on the Ford and he sent us to a very good transmission shop. He will not do work you don’t need and he will always consult you if there is a problem with the car. I highly recommend Import Car Specialists. If you have the ability, drop off the car the night before, then there is more parking available. more
