This was my first visit, and I was referred here by friends who were pleased with Import Authority's work in the past. Everyone I encountered was courteous, professional, and efficient. The problem I was worried about was quickly identified, the part was replaced, I was charged a fair price, and there have been no issues since. Whenever I have had car trouble in the past, it's been almost more stressful deciding where to bring the vehicle for diagnosis/repair than dealing with the actual car malfunction. Even though I pass virtually every other repair shop in town on my way out to IA, I will be bringing both my vehicles here from now on.
