After paying for an interior detail that was supposed to take an hour, I sat for two and a half hours watching employees stand around waiting for ""work"" to be directed to them. Lucky for me, he guy working on my car apparently had some sort of domestic issue at home as he talked and screamed on his cell phone for 30 minutes instead of working. On top of that, the windows were not cleaned, seat edges not vaccumed, and there were several spots of road grime left on the body fenders. For the cherry on top, they turned on the driving lights to my car which resulted in me finding a car that did not start in the morning the next day. I called to talked to a manager and was immediately aware that this was not the first time they've recv'd a call like this. Talk about instant defense on the phone... the lady on the phone just didn't give a one bowel movement about the customer or her business. \r

So at this point I'm out $70 for the detail and another $140 for a new battery. I should have known what I was getting into as the place had changed dramatically since last time I was there and watched two other customers come back with complaints about the interiors of their cars.\r

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL ABSOLUTELY TELL EVERYONE I MEET NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Cons: shoddy service, worst cust. service since BellSouth.
