When I first visited the salon I was told that the prices in the brochure were not correct and needed to be changed. I left and decided I would give the salon a try later. After getting my hair done I was told my total, which did not include any discounts, and that I was being charged for extra color. It wasn't until I mentioned the discount again that I finally received it. I can also say that I have NEVER been charged for extra color in all the times I have had my hair done and that is including the time in my life that my hair was 14inches longer than it is now. The owner was determined to have me pay the price on the brochure. I was also very displeased with the fact that the owner thinks that it is okay to use her cell phone with the speaker function with clients in the salon. Additionally she took the receptionist out front to let her know what was expected of her and the reasons why she was hired. The hairstylist that did my hair was very nice and did a great job. However, it is not enough to get me to return to this salon. I am not going to take my chances on possibly be charged for unknown extras in the end. A group of 6 girlfriends flew into to Phoenix from all over the country for a girls weekend. We all made appts at Images and were looking forward to our spa day. We arrive to find the door of the business locked and newspaper up on the windows. We frantically call the spa and find out that they are closed because their contractor had not finished some work. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. The spa did not call to let us know our appts were canceled, and then I had to call them several times to get the appt charge removed from my credit card. Very poor and unprofesional service. Luckily we were able to find a different spa in the area that could accommodate our group the next day. With the great spas in the Phoenix area, my advice would be to find one other than Images. Pros: was good when I was there in 2007 Cons: horrible customer service more

I went in today and was quoted a price of 143 or 148. The stylist working on me was very nice, but when my hair turned bright orange she put more lightener on it. The owner wanted (and did) charge me extra. The stylist tried to explain that the charges were unfair, but the owner wouldnt listen. The stylist quit while doing my hair. The owner would not even come out of the back to talk to me about the over charges. So I paid $173 for orange hair and left the salon with it dripping wet. The owner didnt even try to talk to me to come up with a solution! Never go here. I understand that this is a common practice. To quote one price and then inflate it at the register. I am a returning client of Tammys at Images, and I must say, I had no idea I could let people know about my experiences with her! She has been working her magic on my hair for 3 years now! I came to Tammy and her team at Images about a week ago with a dilemma. I had a wedding to go to and needed a pedicure and hair cut so despereately! Tammy took care of mop of hair. She transformed my hair and made it do things I never thought it could do. She cut, razored, blew dry. All kinds of great things. I've never known so much volume! And Brittany had the pleasure of doing my wreck of feet. The water was a tad bit too cold at first. We had to wait a few minutes for it to warm up. She scrubbed, picked, cleaned and removed. It was fabulous. She polished my toe nails with a pretty pale pink. She finished up, slipped my thongs back on and lead me up front. I was out of there in under 2 hours! Ive never had that great of service in such little time before! Way to go ladies. You threw me a line and reeled me in!... My salvation lay in the hands of Tammy and Images at San Marcos! Thanks! I arrived at Images at about 3 yesterday for a massage and facial. I checked in, waited for them to set up, and browsed the boutiques fashions. I was then told to fill out precautionary paperwork. Upon finishing I was guided back to the spa area to dress down for my services. The massage came first. It was a 60 min. deep tissue and it was fantastic! Bretts hand are absolute magic! He made sure every kink was worked out and that I was relaxed... I fell asleep of course. When my massage was completed I went next door for my 10 layer facial. The girl who did it ( her name escapes me ) was awesome. She knew what she was doing for sure! She made me feel so comfortable. She got every little blackhead I swear!!! I will definitely return! Maybe for some color or maybe even a cut. I highly recommend Images for a relaxing day! Pros: Facials Cons: nothing more

Today 1/29/2010 I came to san marcos with my sister for a sisters day at the spa. On the phone I made reservations for two acrylic full sets and pedicures at 11 am. When we arrived, We were told to have a seat and we waited for several minutes while the two women at the front desk talked and we were ignored. Then when the other girl arrived, my sister began her full set and I was seated to begin my pedicure. I had to sit there and wait for a full hour before we even got started because the hot water would not run. Meanwhile, the woman giving me the pedicure did not offer an apology or even acknowledge me, instead she walked around the salon munching on pretzels. Then, when my pedicure was FINALLY done, my sister got her and I began on my full set. The girl doing it told me that she had to teach herself how to do them and that she wasn't even fully trained! My full set turned out looking unprofessional and totally messed up. Meanwhile, my sister was left to sit in the chair for 20 minutes while my girl completed my nails and then was expected to finish my sisters pedicure. By that time I just wanted to pay and leave so I went up front to pay with the gift cards my father had given us for Christmas which said that there was 89 dollars on each. The large woman with curly hair rung me up and told me that there was only 80 dollars on each card, when it was clearly written on the card that there was 89 and she gave me some runaround BS about hoe she gave him some kind of discount. Also, she charged me 55 dollars for each full set when the pricing clearly says 50. I ended up paying 30 dollars more than what i was expecting and on top of that was still expected to tip for such AWFUL AWFUL service. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

My 3 daughters and I came in for "Mini Spa Day" and we had a fabulous time. We had great massages, the facials were good and the products they used on our faces felt wonderful. My eldest daughter has back problems and and they concentrated on her specific area and she was very pleased. The prices were great and we were highly impressed by having lunch at the poolside of the hotel. The girls were lovely and the atmosphere was exquisite. i booked another appt for my hair this weekend. We also purchased some clothes from the quaint boutique in the front. My daughter got a black dress and i got a couple shirts. They were fashionable and comfy. I was highly impressed with our days events. Thank you Girls at Images for making my daughters day great they were so happy and that makes me happy ! Pros: Massages Cons: none more

My name is Cecil and i was checking out the business around the Chandler area and wanted to get my wife a christmas present and decided to go into Images for a gift card and a jumpsuit. They gave me a tour of the salon and all the girls were friendly. They have good prices on their packages and so i purchased a package for my wife. I was in and met the wonderful receptionist, who helped me find beautiful counture clothing that was absolutely fabulous and very well priced. The vintage dresses and One of a kind articles of clothing make it irrisistable to stay away. i bought plenty of items! more

Ok so i was wandering around with my husband in Downtown Chandler, i have never been there before. We walked passed Images and saw the boutique (of course to my interest i went in there and had a look around. My husband bought me a dress and some leggings that i adored! i had a look at there pamphlet and we decided to do something spontanious and get his and hers massages. . . they were AMAZING! we were so relaxed and peaceful my husband actually fell asleep and started snoring!!!! Goodness me We ended up booking another massage package for Christmas and bought gift cards for friends and family. I adored this place and the staff was so welcoming and kind. I had my nails done with Katie at Images and she was lovely. . . she did my nails exactly how i liked them and was quick! It was a good price and a good atmosphere. I love how they turned the front into a boutique.. cute little dresses and jumpsuits. I bought 2 for christmas Presents.
