So ... Nothing positive to say. This place is everything that is bad. Super expensive, products are sent off site so you have to wait forever, and the staff is not helpful. Really, a terrible experience. Save yourself the hassle and frustration. more

there was a big selection on really nice frames its pricey but well worth the quality overall i was completely satisfied with my purchase and the staff was very helpful. more

Buyer Beware 6/4/2010

If you are looking to purchase new frames, run, don?t walk away from this place. I would strongly encourage you to ask to see a copy of their warranty. They will tell you they do not have one but if anything is not right they will make it right. What this means is that you the customer will have to pay to make it right. I am out $1000 for glasses that are broke plus I could never see very good from the prescription their optometrist prescribed. Do not get burned by this business like I did. Only buy from a company that offers a warranty and can show it to you in writing. These people only care about the money! Pros: Non Cons: no customer service, no warranty, only care about$$ more

Excelent standards of customer service and amazing selection 1/10/2010

I wish that each of you could be on the opposites side of the counter and feel what we feel when you so splendidly help us with our ""optical image.' I wish to thank each of you for ""gathering around"" during decision making to assure the most appropriate selection of frames.
