I Love Kickboxing is the best workout I’ve tried so far. I’ve tried personal trainers, hot yoga, running, doing the gym on my own, and nothing has stuck. Nothing like kickboxing. The class is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s also the best and the most fun!!! The feeling you get after leaving class is probably the best exercise high I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a fun, exciting and exhausting work out, join I Love Kickboxing!! The instructors are so supportive, they will make sure you reach any goal you have.
