Never need to go elsewhere for service... 10/17/2013

The service is impecable. My car has never been anywhere else for maintenance or service. I can always call about any concerns, and they are addressed immediately. Friendly staff... Great coffee. The prices are always explained beforehand. No surprises!! more

no commitment to quality/ customer satisfaction 10/1/2013

I am completely shocked that a relatively new car 2012 could have a natural mechanical error (not created by me) and that the dealerships position is that is just the way it is going to be - unacceptable. Also didn't appreciate being accused that because I got a couple oil changes else where, there may be questions from the Service Rep when it comes to my malfunctioning sunroof! more
