quick pc service 10/10/2011

this is the 3rd time I need some quick pc service and tech at Hypertech did it again. I take the pc in the morning they find the problem that afternoon and call me explain what they will do to fix the problem. I am pleased with their communication and helpful tip. more

Computer repair/parts/sales new & used 10/7/2011

I had excellent service with my machine. The front counter staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and we got my issue corrected in no time. Saved a lot of money as opposed to what I was quoted by Geek Squad. more

Just called in and got some information for my computer, The guy I talked to was Very knowledgeable on the subject matter, and helped my solved my problem. I will be calling them if I have any other tech. difficulties..!! more

Will never shop there again 7/25/2011

After initially buying my computer there I would have rated it 5 stars. Then, the aftermarket video card I bought stopped working within 3 weeks due to no fault of my own. When I brought the computer back in to be looked at they had the attitude of, ""well you just got stuck with a bad video card, sucks for you"" and refused to do anything about it. They might have decent prices but this sort of situation is the reason why small businesses like this ultimately fail and companies like Best Buy etc continue to prosper. more

Excellent Customer Service 7/22/2011

My brother and I just left Hypertech and were very impressed with the courteous, helpful staff. They were very knowledgeable and didn't oressure us into buying things we may not need for our desktop computer. it was a very pleasant experience and the store is a 'computer lovers' dream. They had everything we needed and then some!! Special thanks to Tiffany for her attention to our needs along with helping me set up an account for my company so we can obtain the things we need to keep our computers and laptops running smoothly!! :-) more

$140 dollars later PC not repaired successfully NO REFUND 7/20/2011

These hosers gave me a 90% chance of repair success with refund if unsuccessful only to to NOT honor their word and gave me NO REFUND. more

Hypertech STOLE my AC Adapter I checkin in w/my laptop! 7/6/2011

I took my HP in for diagnosis, left the AC adapter with them, they lost the work order and lost my AC adapter and refuse to accept responsibility for its loss. What a bunch of hosers! IF you decide to take your PC in for repair (which I do NOT recommend), make sure you keep a copy of the work order where they are SUPPOSED to log what components you check in with your PC. more
