If you have anything wrong with your room or your stay, good luck because you will just have to just deal with it.The General Manager Jody, will just argue with you and deny any problems. The director of operations Anthony, will dispute your claims online instead of contacting you directly. So its all a big show to the public, everytthing is fine , there are no problems here and were sorry for your bad experience , now go away! Pros: location to MKE airport Cons: Managments attitude more

Space, and staff are more then expected 3/22/2007

The Rooms are larger then the standard hotel room, and offer a sofa and a great desk thet you can catch up on E-Mails and work without having to place the laptop on you lap while sitting in Bed. The staff is great and willing to help where needed. Bring your Dogs the General Manager loves them, and has a Saint Benard of his own that he can tell you about. Pros: Large rooms, free breakfast, Free High speed wireless internet Cons: No Pool more
