I had my roof replaced by Hutto Roofing a few years ago. They were the lowest bid and were by a neighbor. The job turned out ok, but I can't recommend them. The owner wanted me to pay extra because it was taking a long time for his workers to install my skylights. I felt this was unprofessional. Then he tried to overcharge me $300.
