After being in this complex a little over two months, I have to say not a lot of progress has been accomplished in this facility. Granted, there have been a few buildings added, it seems everything has been halted or completely ignored in the 'newer' yet 'older' part. The pond is absolutelty atroscious. The scum is so un-godly bad, that is all you seem to see on the top of the water and if I am correct, there should be some sort of water system circulating it so the scum does indeed not pile up like it is. The spiders around here are rather annoying to the point that walking outside is a nightmare all in its own. Not to mention while on the balcony you are constantly getting bit by them and not even wanting to enjoy this part of the apartment {then on the balcony dealing with the nasty so called pond}. Then, when you call, you are given the run around from the so called management team here! You speak to the actual manager of this place and get one answer and then can call the office the next day and check on the progress and get one of the office staff and its the complete opposite and they act like they have no idea what I am talking about, to the point where i feel like my complaint is written up and disposed of to save them from actually having to do something about it. While moving in, the first rain we had, the windows leaked to the point the carpet was soaked and I had to rent a rug doctor to suck the carpet because your so called staffs complete negligence of the situation forced me to. It has now been well over a month now and still am given the run around about when this issue will be fixed about my window!!!!! I understand that your company is trying to build on to this complex.HOWEVER, I find it disheartenning and very diminuative to neglect the apartment and people who pay a lot of damn money to live in the already built apartments. SO,for the price u pay to be here, its sure not worth it when u have non-stop problems and WILL NOT fix them. My suggestion would be to reevaluate the management there.
