Tom is an exceptional mechanic who communicates clearly, provides the owner options, delivers impeccable maintenance, is neat and orderly, and made the experience feel almost like an oil change. My job involved a timing belt, hoses, water pump, spark plugs, wires, etc. The job was done on time and Tom even called me after the work was done to ensure I was happy with the car. I was very lucky to have this encounter with Tom, and now, all my future needs will most likely flow to his shop.
