Neil Gerrity and his partner/boyfriend George Siwy have cost me so much money and hard ship . I am very happy to e mail more info & photos if you need it. I brought houses in Buffalo NY from Neil & for the most part the dealings were handle OK . Neil said he would take care of the properties for me which he did for a short time. Then he then pass the properties over to his partner/ friend, George. That is when it really went REALLY BAD .Neil would not return phone calls. Tying to contact George was almost impossible. The properties were run into the ground,badly looked after,the tennets living in the places HATED dealing with them,the rent was rarely collected & passed on on time and I am now left setting with a mess to fix There are many great real Estate companies in Buffalo which I have worked with, sadly I can not say this is one. My advice look around and make sure that the after sale care is as good as the before Once again I am happy to e mail you more info if you need help you PB more

I can not say anything nice about HUNT They are dishonest and once the sale was final they wanted nothing to do with me.The man I had our dealings with was nice till the sale was done and then we were dumped and left on our own. To bad for customer service !!! JILL Z more
