From the moment they answer their phones to the moment they leave your home, you will be extremely happy. They arrived on time and put on these booties to prevent dirt tracking in my house (that's a plus for me). Prices were reasonable. Overall, the experience was great and I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. Thanks HUB! more

They deserve a five star rating 3/20/2012

Michael Wells and Greg installed a new furnace for me a couple of months ago in Roslindale. I give them a five star rating because I am very satisfied with their service. They showed their professionalism during the whole process. They are very experienced in problem solving. They showed up on time, took away the old unit and installed the new system seamlessly. Stephanie in the office is also very helpful with my questions regarding the high efficiency furnace rebate. I will work with them again and will definitely recommend them to my friends. more
