I used this location for the first time in July 2012 after the sole on one of a high end designer leather wedge shoe lost a battle to the Houston flood water. The team immediately replaced the sole. I was so impressed, I returned the next day with a few more pair of shoes to restore and repair. The work was outstanding, and the high quality, problem solving and patient customer service was a welcomed change. more

I've been coming to this location for a decade now. They have saved numerous pairs of shoes, belts, and a handbag that I thought were destroyed. They are very knowledgeable and immediately have always been able to quickly give me a solution and even offer suggestions to invigorate my very worn and favorite shoes and bags. I am shoe obsessed. Most of the time I buy shoes that are out of my league so it's really important that I maintain them well. The first thing I do with any new pair is get rubber grips put on the bottom. I've had this done different places around the world and nobody does it like this place! Not only are their materials top notch but they are very skilled. Skilled enough to trust them with your Chanels, Louboutins etc. They are always super friendly and upfront about what they can for you. They will never over promise and be honest with you. I highly recommend Houston Shoe Hospital!! more

Picked up some luggage I took in to get some wheels replaced a week ago. They did a excellent job of repairing what the airline destroyed. While I was there I purchased another piece of luggage (Briggs & Riley). I'm all set now since Briggs & Riley carries a lifetime warranty from any damage. I appreciate the fact that this was brought to my attention since I'm in and out of town a lot. I'm sure that I will be adding more pieces to my collection. more

4th quarter and seconds on the clock pass the rock to Davone 5/30/2012

I thought my Jordans were ruined and couldn't be cleaned. I took them to another shop and the lady behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy for bringing them in and told me that they don't guarantee cleaning and was being negative overall. I took them back there again and got a guy this time who was the same way with me. Ok, I was not going to give up because these are JORDANS! I was gonna give it another try so I went to the Chimney Rock location and showed them to Davone and asked the same question "Can you clean these?" Without hesitation his answer was "YES!" He gave me the same disclaimer about stains and bleeding, but he didn't come right out with the first word as "NO!" and wasn't negative. I'm wasn't looking for perfection and I didn't have the highest expectation to begin with, but Davone made me comfortable to leave them with him to take care of them. When I came back to pick up can you say, " New Shoe!" These guys are THE BEST! He actually exceeded all expectations h more

World Class Service!!!! 5/30/2012

This place is awesome. I lived in New York and California & I have had my fair share of shoes and boots repaired, but by far these guys are the BEST!!! Coast to Coast I have not seen anyone who can hold a candlelight to these guys! Some of the staff is new, but have a VETERAN on hand by the name of Davone who usually has a answer to fix items, and on certain out of the ordinary unconventional repairs He will find out how it can be done. Where other repair shops say no He usually thinks outside of the box to get you a YES! All I can give is praises for this location and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to everyone I know and meet. more
