Part of my order was missing. I called the restaurant only to be yelled at and told that I had all of my food. When the woman realized her mistake, there was no apology and she was very nasty. The remainder of my food took so long to come that I had to call again , just to be yelled at. I won't order from them again! more

the quality has gone down. watery milk teas and the hunan beef is now sour, less sauce and too much broccoli (used to have green capsicum) delivery is still pretty quick though. they are responsive on the phone and offered me a free drink for the watery milk teas (twice in a row) but i don't know if i'll order my usual again to take advantage of it. more

Paul Chen's is really great, especially if you are a vegetarian. Their monk's meat alternatives are unrivaled in Baltimore. They serve huge portions and it tastes great. more
