I had purchased the Spring Package for my son and daughter-in-law, as a birthday gift. The location of the Zaza is perfect for getting anywhere in Uptown. The forward thinking of the 10 $2.00 bills at check-out is a very clever reminder of how unique Zaza is in every aspect. more

Everyone was very helpful and my room was on the 9th floor, with the view of the west; over the park, toward Rice was splendid. Loved the transparent glass sink and the excellent shower. more

This was our first experience with Zaza. We were more than impressed. The service was outstanding ine very area. The staff at Monarch, the poolside service, the shuttle service, and the front desk were exceptional. Customer service was perfect. Hotel Zaza has our loyalty. We will recommend to friends. Michael, the manager, sorted all issues related to initial room allocation and internet issues. Very comfortable hotel. Food was excellent. Staff was very approachable and always seeking to help. Design and artwork reminds me of the Mandeville Hotel in London, but Zaza beats it, hands down. more

Great stay for anniversary. Thanks for the champagne and strawberries. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy lounging by the pool. Hope that they continue the package deals. it made the stay well worth it and my friends are interested now. more
