I called Honey Spas recently because my hot tub was leaking, I spoke with Ellyn \r Honey would took my information and was very friendly and helpful and answered \r all my questions. They sent out Their daughter Krystal out who was very \r professional and knew her job well. Krystal fixed the leak in my hot tub and \r also replaced the heater. I'm glad I found a small local family owned \r business. I will have Honey spas repair all my hot tub issues from now on.\r \r My husband and I have been looking for a spa repair service company since moving \r into the area, Honey Spas has a great service department as well as they \r manufacture thier owns spas as well. They gave us a great price to refurbish \r our spa.\r more

I recently moved into a new home, where there was a hot tub. it looked like it hadn't run in years. I called Honey Spas and asked for an estimate, they came out that day and told me the spa needed lots of work. They gave me a detailed estimate of what it would cost to do the repairs. they charged a reasonable rate, I got a new cabinet, new control pack and new pumps and they fixed a leak. I would recommend Honey Spas to all of my friends that have a hot tub. more

I love my brand new custom built Honey Spas hot tub! We stopped by thier location in Mohnton, Pa in August. They laid out jets to fit me and my husbands therapeutic needs. We were able to tell them we needed more jets for our neck and back. And they were able to accommodate us. We chose our stain for our new cabinet, and with in 4-8 weeks we had our New! honey Spas hot tub on our deck!\r I can't wait to go in my hot tub tonight. It's great in the fall. more

Bought a reconditioned hot tub almost a year ago. it didn't work properly the day they delivered it,had problems since and still doesn't work to date! Although reconditioned hot tubs are sold ""as is"" i was given their word they would fix the hot tub....needless to say that wasn't any good either. OH on a side note the hot tub came with a used filter and that's\r nasty!\r more

We had our heating element in our spa burn out. It would have cost us $1129.00 plus labor just for the element. Our spa is a custom/indoor unit. The company was not sure if the heating element was still available or any other parts for our spa.\r We met with Tim Honey and he designed a entire new system, added 7 new jets, a underwater light and new digital controls. This redesign with all new equipment( heater, pump, lines,light,controls and electrical feed) was completed in 3 weeks by Matt and Krystal, who are full time technicians for Honey Spas. To replace our existing spa it would have cost well over $4,500 plus reconstruction costs to the spa room. Tim's resign was considerably much less for basically a completely new improved spa, except for the shell. This project was coordinated by Ellyn Honey in an expedited/professional manner. I recently had my hot tub/ spa serviced by Honey Spas, they were very pleasant. They had a fast response, good rates, thank you for fixing our hot tub. we were going to get rid of it because we couldn't find anyone to service it. we will call again if we need help! Thanks! more

I just want to let everyone know how much we love our Honey Spa! we greatly appreciate the correction in our order that was done in a timely manner. the tub was delivered without a fountain, we called Honey Spas and they had a service crew out right away to install a new one. the staff was most helpful. more

I would recommend that you stay away from this company. Terrible quality control and customer service. They claim to provide two 7 horsepower, 2-speed pumps with their ""A"" level spa (see their brochure and web page). What they gave me was a single speed 3.5 hp pump and a 2-speed 2 hp pump. The 2 hp pump goes through the heater and the pressurized filter, so by the time the water gets out of the jets, it is barely a trickle. The jets are the flimsiest, cheapest things on the market, and snap in two if you should accidently touch one while working on the spa. I had to replace a pump and heater within a month of turning the spa on. The spa pack and heater had a manufacture date of 4 years before they built the spa. Check around the web--this company has quite a few complaints. Cons: Lowsy people and product more
