Do Not Live Here 7/21/2010

My roommates and I just recently finished out our lease here. We have had numerous problems with the management numerous times. Every time we needed to speak with the manager he was never in and he took forever to return a phone call, which doesn't make any sense since he lives above the model apartment. Our water heater had flooded our hallway and when I told him about it he just got an attitude with me and then 2 days later maintenance came and put a huge fan in our hallway and left it in our apartment for 3 months. At the begining of this summer our a/c went out and it took them 4 days to fix it. It was so hot in the apartment that we could not stay there. All the manager could say was "I'm sorry that it happy to you over the holiday weekend." When we did our walk through he was trying to charge us way more than was reasonable. I mean, we didn't do that much damage to the apartment, just carpet needed cleaned. I believe that is what our deposit was for. The parking is also horrible, more

We asked the office staff to address the tenants and demand the trash be removed. After two days, when the staff did nothing about it, I found myself having to confront the tenants. Never once did the office offer to pay for extermination. Our reassurance was, "The mice and roaches now have no need to come to that balcony, so they will leave the premises shortly."\r \r Same tenants, different story - The two people above us ha more

Wonderful place to live. 12/4/2007

We lived in these apartments when they were first built in 2002 for two years. These apartments are very spacious. The two bedroom comes standard with 2 bathrooms. In the master suite you have a walk through closet into the master bathroom. For the space and quality your getting the price is great. They even offer full size washer & dryer hookups in all units. more
