My Honda World Experince 9/23/2010

About a year ago I purchased a Accord from Honda World in Conway, Caleb was my salesman and he was very helpfull and nice. I have taken it in for oil changes and never had a problem and he always says hi and talks to us. Last month we bought a Pilot for my Husband, Not only did they have the best price again but it was easy and even better than the first time. All the employees were polite and helpfull. I can't see myself buying a car any where else and in 20 yrs. in Conway I have delt with every car dealership in town. I LOVE MY HONDAS!!!! GO HOGS!!! more

Not a good experience 8/12/2010

I found that them to be rude and non professional. I had problems with a door on a car that I just purchased. I was pretty much told it was my imagination. When I took the car to another dealership the problem was resolved in a matter of minutes. more

Disrespectful managment and rude costumer service!! 5/21/2010

I love my Honda, however I hate taking my vehical in for scheduled maintance and tune-ups for this simple reason. The managment (manager) and costumer service at Honda World in Conway is terrible. Everytime I have entered that particular Honda establishment, I am treated with rudeness and a total lack of respect. That even includes the day I bought my Honda. I suggest taking your vehical to Any other Honda lot for service or real help with purchasing a Honda!!!!!!! more

Car dealers 8/4/2008

My dad owns a Honda Gold Wing, he frequently visits this store to get the latest gadget for his bike and some new gear or a tee shirt for himself. Good variety. more
