I recently used Homebin for both the sale of my existing home and the purchase of my new home. There are so many dominos that need to be lined up just right when trying to simultaneously sell and buy a home and it was such a relief having Joe orchestrating the process. I should also point out that I ended up using the services of a home inspector and mortgage broker that Joe referrered. The home inspector was infinitely better than the one I grabbed from the phonebook for my last purchase, and the mortgage broker beat the deal of another trusted company that I had been using for several refinances in the past.
