Customer Service for Propane Tank refill customers is non-existent. You drive with your tank to the refill area, out in a lot with no shade under the broiling sun. You ring a bell for service, but no one showed up. So I called their phone number from my cell, and no one picked up. When I was fed up and about to leave a guy came out of their main building, walked to the refill area and refilled my tank. But I wasn't done yet. I had to walk a few hundred yards into their office to pay for it. I killed 40 minutes on a 10 minute errand. Better to pay 5 bucks more for a tank exchange elsewhere and save the aggravation.
Pros: Refill is lower price than tank exchange
Cons: No Customer Service. Waste of Your Time
