Wow, we are very impressed with this company. Our 24 year-old roof started to leak. I immediately went on Service Magic to get contacted by contractors for quotes. As soon as I clicked the send button, my phone immediately rang. It was Home Tech's owner and the said he could be at my home in 45 minutes. He took roof pictures of the problem areas. His price was good and we signed on the spot. He was able to install our new roof in 3 days. The morning of the install, a couple of trucks pulled up with a crew of about 10 people. They were friendly and worked very hard. They did a really good job and they cleaned up! Hire them! more

I had another company tell me that there was a whole in the plywood that need to replace the roof. Home tech took the shingles off the roof there was no whole so they is not charge me for the replacement of plywood. I did go up in my attic to check who was correct. Home tech gave me a great price and they we're able to do the job that week. more

The staff of Home Tech always show up on time, and focused on the work throughout the days, clean up the trash/debris everyday before they leave, and worked with us to find the best solution for our issues. No hidden agenda, no hidden cost, all transparent. The huge storm on 6/29 night did not leave any dent on our roof and gutter. My hats off to the Home Tech. more

During hurricane sandy I had a dish on my roof that came loose and noticed my ceiling had a leak. The day after I noticed my ceiling had leak and contacted Home Tech, LLC. The same day I called the CEO came out and patched my roof which was very impressive, I must also mention it was still raining. We just had Hometech Roofing work on removing our existing roof and putting in a new one. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I got their name from service magic. We checked them on BBB etc saw the good reviews & scores, and got them to give us one of the 7 bids we had for the project.Infact they did have a A+ rating with no complains. They came with the lowest price. Out of the very few contractors who went up the roof to evaluate it thoroughly before giving a quote. Their representative Devon spend more time on the roof and less time selling their product.He was knowledgeable, courteous and very well understood my requirements .Many of the others had long and boring presentations. Hometech was very straightforward to deal with and very prompt in responding to queries. They did all the work in one day. All workers were good, and they cleaned up really well afterwards. I also liked the their CEO Mr Albert who was very cooperative irrespective of my small project. He gave me a impression that he knew his work and could undoubtedly count on any problems associated later.His was the only company who gave me a 25yrs warranty without any reservations. I found them honest , professional and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Hometech exterior and would definitely contract them again. more

The owner , Mr Albert, personally kept in touch with me and he personally oversaw and inspected his workers performances. The crew worked quickly and did a very good job. They cleaned up afterward and removed all old shingles and trash. I believe the price was reasonable and I am satified with the overall project. more

Out side of natural and man made issues this company was the only company that would look at my roof from the roof. Then tell me all that saw that was wrong and possible issues. They also will work with a Solar panel company so the solar company will break the warranty when they work on the roof. The bottom line working with me and going on the roof itself for an inspections before talking with me about options is important. more

The guy that came out was super helpful inspected my property and discover that I had more than just roof damaged, explained what I should do next and how the process would go. They were able to get my asphalt roof, metal roof, siding and trim approved by my insurance provider. They did such an amazing job I would recommend then to anyone in the Frederick/ Montgomery County area. more

I had a bad leak on my roof along with needing to remodel my front door & The Windows all around the house. I decided to call Home Tech & spoke with a nice lady name Katie, she sent out a crew which gave me a great estimate & nevertheless... What a great company and a great group of men who installed our new roof. I couldn't believe they completed it in one day. It looks amazing! I was so impressed with how they protected our property with drop cloths and then spent over an hour cleaning up small broken pieces of shingles by hand and utilizing a magnet to pick up nails. I do want to add that after receiving three estimates Hometech was the lowest. You can't go wrong with this company and Jonathan Keller who is the Project Manager couldn't be nicer or more helpful during the process.....Thank you so much for the beautiful new roof. more
