I had placed an order online through Grubhub, so there would be no confusion what-so-ever, and they forgot key parts of the food such as heat for the "hot subs",dressing for our two salads and an entire Calzone. I would of let this slide if it was the first offense but, sadly, it wasn't. They have forgotten multiple things, multiple times and customer service continues to decline. When I called them back, they seemed upset to travel back to our business to fix their mistakes. Coming from a customer oriented background, this kind of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, they are not good anymore, nor friendly. I, and my coworkers, will not be giving them our business anymore.
