Excellent service, as always 12/13/2018

We have been using Home Heating for several years now to maintain our central A/C system. They are always on time, polite, pleasant and do a great job. They don't just show up and do their thing - they actually give us information on our system and how to keep it running well. Each staff member we have had is obviously well trained, and I can say that sincerely, because my dad had the same kind of business for over 30 years. more

Service call 11/15/2018

Carlos G was dispatched to trouble shoot and repair the problem we were having with our furnace. Carlos was very personable, he thoroughly diagnosed the problem and did necessary repairs to solve the furnace problem. He is an asset to Home Heating and should be commended. Good Man! more

Membership service of my furnace by Alex W. 11/1/2018

Alex was personable and easy to talk with. He was open and transparent about what he was doing to the furnace. I'm a senior citizen and he made me feel safe and I trusted what he said and did. I liked that he did not try to sell me anything although I have used Home Heating for many years and have purchased furnaces and hot water heaters as needed and I would consider recommendations that are made to me to keep my home comfortable and safe. I think he is a valuable employee who should be recognized for his effort and character. He'a great worker who did a good job! more

Carlos Garcia did a great job of repairing my furnace 10/10/2018

Carlos Garcia did a great job of repairing my furnace when the pilot light stopped working. Most parts for my furnace are no longer manufactured, but after much research Carlos was able to locate a part that could be adapted. Finding it was not easy. He was very persistent, worked quickly and is extremely knowledgeable. He checked in frequently to let me know what was going on. Once the replacement part was identified, he installed it and the new pilot light works as it should. Plenty of companies could have stopped when the part wasn't available and tried to sell me a new furnace, but Home Heating and Carlos put the extra work in and saved me a lot of money. great service 9/28/2018

Scott came to our house to repair our furnace. He discovered the problem immediately and repaired it. He checked several other things and discovered an additional problem that would have caused the furnace to fail in the near future. He had the part and repaired it quickly at a very reasonable price. Scott was knowledgeable, polite, and provided a lot of explanation of the problems and the solutions. more
