Best	convenient location. It was very nice and in a convenient location. Many nice restaurants within walking distance.

Good hotel with the convienience to the interstate,airport, and mall. Nice bar area. Comfortable bed. Could use a nicer TV with better cable or sattelite reception. more

We stayed here for two nights. The room was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice bar and restaurant if you don't want to go out, but there are lots of good restaurants across the street at Crabtree Mall. TV reception could use some improvement. more

We stayed at the hotel because I was having outpatient surgery at a nearby hospital, a few days later we stayed the night again for a follow up dr visit, the girl at the desk remembered me, and said that she had prayed for me that night. The was the best customer service comment i have ever received from anyone. I wish I could remember her name, she was very kind. Also, I payed for the room online which made check-in and check-out a breeze!! more

We were in Raleigh to visit our son and needed to find him some furniture for his apartment. We were not sure where to start as far as locations for furniture stores. The three staff members were most helpful and we purchased the needed furniture within 20 minutes of leaving the hotel. more

The staff at the registration counter acknowledged us each time we entered the hotel - this made us feel very appreciated. They asked us about our reasons for being in the area and asked in such a way that wasn't intrusive, it was if they were really interested. The question was followed up with intrusive, it was if they were really interested. The question was followed up with conversation similar to what you would have with a fellow traveler. more

Lady on duty as operator and who was also the lady who was at the desk when I arrived was very pleasant and professional. Provided directional help for my access to my place I needed to go the next morning. Nice box breakfast and wake up phone call. more
