We got the last room on a very busy night and it turned out to be the jacuzzi suite. Really large, clean, very quiet room with refrig, microwave and sink, and a very clean generous sized jacuzzi tub which worked really nice. We had a harbor view, and maid staff, albeit a bit unpersonable, took care of our special request. The continental breakfast is standard Holiday Inn Express fare, so nothing too great there. Overall, a very nice surprise, wonderful room, and a good value. We accidentally stayed there, as we were looking for the Holiday Inn downtown Duluth, but nav steered us there. We're glad for it.
