When someone mentions a nice neighborhood bar, I honestly do not think of The Hog Wallow. Every time I have been to the bar it has been a horrible experience. The crowd is a mix of arrogant, obnoxious middle aged men, to filthy musty long hairs. The bar's staff is extremely rude-from the over confident wanna be jocks at the door, to the over served, drunk, foul mouthed owner sitting in the corner. If you're not one of the select over served drunks that are at the bar every night, expect horrible cocktail service and reluctance from the bar. The food and drink menu, is second rate at best. No mention of drink specials ever. Over priced, under poured, tasteless cocktails. The Bud Light draft tastes like it has been filtered thru a gym rats sock. The pool tables are not level and anyone that knows the game of billiards would find the tables deplorable. Vehicles are vandalized randomly in the parking lot and on the street...this bar is shameful. more

My wife and I freequent the Hog Wollow Pub. We have always had exeptional service. Remember this is a small, quaint bar and don't expect to get a table if you get there late. Especially on the weekends..... Pros: Great patio, Excellent service at the bar more

  • In Short
Established in California in 1958, this all-American chain is decked out with stone accents, dark woods, and classic photography that hearkens back to the restaurant's beginnings. The original menu featured four steak options; today, guests choose from steaks, burgers and sandwiches, St. Louis-style pork ribs, and signature "sizzlin' platters" of garlic-herb chicken or grilled seafood. The famous salad bar offers more than 90 items, including desserts and hot appetizers.
