Multiple date changes, no shows, no calls, 2/3 unfinshed, tried to increase bid to come back and finish, lied to repeatedly.....last excuse is they were on an emergency road clearing in Occidental...I looked it up on PG&E web site...tree went down 2 1/2 hours AFTER he was supposed to be at my home. Liar. Refused refund for not grinding stump, and limbing other tree as per original bid. Keep this guy as far away from you as possible. \r Complaint into Sacramento Contractors Board. more

Bad Customer Service! 8/26/2011

Poor customer service- condescending and unreliable. They have trouble remaining true to their words; your estimate and your schedule do not mean anything to these people...wonder why the Better Business Bureau has them at a "D-" rating? Would you pay a "D-" student to do ANY work, except for maybe the most brainless, menial tasks? This is somebody who told me that "I just didn't understand business..." when I complained about having my entire job dropped and then I was told to "just call me sometime next week" after they bailed on coming over at a pre-scheduled time. Condescending and flippant, and untrustable with your time and money. Try any other tree service besides this one. more
