Never have I been treated so badly! In the stores defence, I did not know the part number of what I needed...but to get someone to help me, was difficult to start...then not one ...

In the stores defence, I did not know the part number of what I needed...but to get someone to help me, was difficult to start...then not one of the two people there seemed to give a whoot! Being friendly was not even a part of the experience. My husband will NEVER shop there again...I will be searching for another hobby store! Superb service 6/23/2004

I have found the people at Hobby Masters to be knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. They have provided me with advice and suggestions that help me even when it means a smaller sale or even no sale at all. This advice has been given freely for and R/C car I didn't even buy from them. I've found their prices to be favorably competitive, also. I would highly recommend Hobby Masters to anyone interested in the R/C hobby. Pros: Service, Selection, Price more

Rude and Terrible Service 8/23/2002

This shop is horrific. The owner is constaintly complaining about consumers shopping prices and finding them better at other shops. Atleast you can find better selection and everything he carries at other shops. Cons: Attitude, Poor Selection, Rudeness more

I've been shopping at Hobby Masters ever since I moved to Raleigh, and I've not found a better hobby shop anywhere in the area. They're good, local people who care about their customers and cater to all sorts of different people. Whether you're an RC hobbyist, a gamer, a modeler, or just need to pick up a new X-acto knife or some paints, this is the place. Pros: Friendly, Large selection, Hard-to-find things Cons: They close. ;) more
