I am a tenant at High way Inn motel. Two months ago I brought my step daughter over and rented her a room. about 2 weeks ago they moved into a bigger room after being here 2 months with no problems. The second room had a bad bedbug infestation that had been there from the previous renters. The Owner, Roger Patel had his employees threaten us, tried to intimidate us and tried to throw us out. They have stolen her personal bed and threw it away and refused to replace it. Harassment never stops. They have stated that they do not care about the laws of our country (they are from India) and they will do what they want to do. Be very careful if you decide to move into this place. I, the father in law, have lived here since 2005 and never had a problem until they bought the place about ten months ago. So far they have lied, stolen property and tried to circumvent the law.
