Looking for a little more 4/27/2010

I think the experience at Highland completely depends on which vet you get when you go. It's good though because if you find one you like, you can usually schedule with that one. They also call the next day to see how everything is going which is great. Generally, I think they are very competent and that our pet got good care but nothing "warm and fuzzy." more

Not a Great Communicator 6/17/2009

We had a very sick kittie and was very frustrated with interactions with Dr. Kennedy and the hospital overall. Examples: a few minutes into a conversation about our cat's conditions, Dr. Kennedy realized he had a different cat's file in front of him; medicines we were told were waiting for us weren't prepared and ready for us on arrival; and critical days were lost getting the right medication for our cat while we played phone tag. Pros: Seems conscientious and well-intentioned Cons: Poor communication; Not a great diagnostician more

Good Place to Board Your Pet 9/3/2005

I have not used Highland Animal Hospital yet for veterinary services. I have used them to board my cat when we moved. They took incredible car of my cat. They also offer grooming services so it was almost like the cat was away at a spa. The prices are also very reasonable. more
