Worst experience renting in my life. They told me I would be billed and my card would be kept on file, just in case there were damages to car or if bill was not payed. Low and behold 2 days after returning it they charge double what the bill should be to my card(even though I'd cleaned car and filled tank with gas), leaving me with no way to pay my rent. Then keep transferring me to different numbers for over an hour making me think the next person will be able to help until I finally get to someone who tells me there's nothing they can do and this is their policy. Terrible people who only use their customers in the most vulnerable times in their life's to exploit their confidence. I should have went with Enterprise, the experience with them was a breeze and they were honest and upfront with you. Don't know much about Avis, but never go to Hertz, at least this one.
