My husband and I stayed on the 22nd floor, regency club, at the Hyatt. We had a full ocean view room... and waking up everyday to the sound of the ocean was heavenly! The service here was excellent. And, they have a fantastic italian restaurant called Spatz in the hotel... great for dinner, if you don't want to leave the hotel. The swan court is also a great restaurant of dinner if you want to stay at the resort (the swan court also serves a buffet breakfast that is pretty fantastic as well). And we loved the penguins, parrots and beautiful pale pink swans that are on the resort's premises. The swim-up bar is a plus.... and one of our favorite things about being a regency club guest is the free yummy chocolate cookies we get daily at the club lounge........ by far the best chocolate chip cookies! yay! This hotel is fabulous. It has every amenity possible. My favorite part were the hot tub and the pools, with waterfalls flowing into them, and swim-up bars, and caves. It is a great romantic spot. I also went to a Luau here, and the food was delicious, I would reccomend it to anyone coming to visit Maui. The grounds are lush and well groomed, with bridges and ponds, fish, birds, swans, and a beautiful ocean front location. more

On a beautiful beach at Kaanapali, this hotel won't disappoint. The grounds are manicured, the rooms tastefully furnished, though the bathrooms are somewhat small. Astronomers should check out the Tour of the Stars available on the roofftop. more
