Thrilled 1/17/2012

I interviewed a lot of companies for our kitchen remodel and I choose Heritage because they were the most helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed working with this family owned company. We got cabinets, countertops, new under-cabinet lighting and appliances as well as a new tile backsplash. All of the employees were courteous and very accommodating. Every time we had a question they were answered right away. I now have the kitchen of my dreams and would highly recommend them. more

So thrilled with my Granite!!! 4/11/2011

I recently had a kitchen and a bathroom remodel done by Heritage. They were a referral from our neighbor and our friend who had both used them. Couldn't have be more happy with the result. We ended up getting the bathroom for free as a result of a April Sale they had going one. Jose and Tony the installers were fantastic and cleaned up along the way. When they left, I'm sad to say, the house was cleaner then when they arrived. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work. Now we have the kitchen and bathroom that we have been waiting for all these years to get. more

I am shocked to see a negative review on Judys book. We have all of our customers review our work with a detailed check off after all of our jobs and I am not aware of any problems with the jobs we have installed. Please if any customer has a problem, please contact us so we can rectify it ASAP. Thank you. David more

GREAT JOB!!!!! 7/24/2008

Our jobs weren’t the largest jobs in the world but they were very helpful and answered all of our questions. After both of our jobs they took the time to inspect the granite with me after it was complete. We also had the opportunity to visit there shop where we did a template viewing. I would highly recommend them as I couldn’t have been happier with the job and have had several comments from my friends on how nice the job is compared to there house. Thanks again guys!!!!! more

Careless attention to detail; Abrasive ownership and staff 7/16/2008

Living in a nice area of far north Dallas, we used Heritage Stonecraft for our new kitchen and master bath countertop fabrication and installation. Pieces didn't match up and there were large gaps due to poor measurement. There were missing countertop holes and several chips along the edges. When talking to them, they are confrontational and abrasive, not something you'd expect when investing $10k in stonework. Simply avoid these guys at all costs and try another shop. more

quality work 1/13/2006

We used this family-owned/-operated company for remodeling our kitchen countertops. They came to out Flower Mound home to discuss plans and show samples. They offered a very competitive price and stuck by the quote. They have relationships with a number of quality tile and marble distributors in Dallas, so picking out just what we wanted was no problem. The installers were very professional; their work was clean and efficient. All aspects of the process went smoothly; very accommodating. Highly recommend. more
