Peter Marston has been servicing our heating system for the last few years. He does an excellent job of examining the components and explaining what needs to be done next. I had an electrical issue at home and scheduled an appointment with Heritage. Chris arrived punctually, did some troubleshooting at the panel, quickly found the problem, gave me an accurate price quote and got the repairs done in less than two hours. He was neat, courteous, patient, informative and very thorough with his work. I would definitely use Chris again for any electrical problems in the future! more

Strangest thing, I start the washing machine and all of a sudden the whole house has no water. I call Heritage, Derek comes out and already has an idea what is wrong. He does some tests and yes, it's the well pump. A big expense and I'm out of work. Derek makes some phone calls which help to make it a little more affordable. Then the hard work begins, Derek pulls the well pump out by hand and very carefully goes over the pipe and wires to make sure there is no damage, re-wraps everything and replaces the pump, disinfects the well, and it's all done in just a few hours! Derek was extremely helpful by explaining everything, and I was empressed with his careful attention to detail. Derek was friendly and personable, I would definately request for him the next time we need to call Heritage. more

An on time, well organized and smoothly operating team (Kevin Mark Dana). There were others too, Dexter in sales, Chris the electrician and Dennis for permits among them. Each person stepped up and introduced themselves to me, a sign of strong individual character in my book. Making the experience shine all the more brightly were Kevin's leadership skills and the individual work ethic I witnessed throughout this experience. The product speaks for itself, beyond expectation of my wife and I. I'm retired military and have been in the Law Enforcement field all my adult life. I've handpicked and led security teams into undisclosed locations with minimal notice in the past. After observing your people operate I'd be honored to be a part of a similar team even randomly comprised of the people I've met so far. I'm impressed! I recently went through a 7 month period trying to get satisfaction after a purchase from one of the big box stores. It involved my rejecting two different installers and the initially provided product in an effort to get a new exterior door installed properly. I'm not shy or restrained about speaking up when I believe the work isn’t right or I’ve been taken advantage of. Unlike in that situation I am carrying praise from this experience to all who will listen. Whatever you’re paying them isn't enough for what they are accomplishing for you. One observation I’d make is that shop provided tools and available supplies on the trucks could be reviewed for the sake of expediency and fairness to the technicians.
