I had heard a few great things about Henry James salon, especially the sugaring treatment they offer. I have always been sensitive to the heat of waxing and wanted to try something more natural. When I made my appointment and actually arrived to the salon everyone was very inviting and helpful. The actual treatment process, however, was a nightmare. The girl I was working with, I think her name was Aaliyah, was not only 20 minutes late but had a MAJOR attitude once she finally got to me. Not to mention, she rushed through my treatment and left so many unwanted hairs. If I ever go back to Henry James Ill probably stick with something I am more familiar with or simply avoid this Aaliyah character all together. ?
