I never thought I could afford a Lexus until I met Walt Liebert. This man totally bent over backwards to get my wife a deal she could afford. This happened in 2008 and since then, there is no other place that I would shop for a vehicle. Our experience with Linda Piscopo and Sherrie Morris while adding ""extras"", our service advisor Collin Grooms whenever service is required, and of course Walt Liebert when looking to trade up or get info on new car technology, has been extraordinary, to say the least. These people treat us as if our car is their own personal vehicle and do a bang up job keeping it in tip top shape. Getting back to my ""super star"" Walt, his knowledge of the vehicles, his honest assessment of each model, and his low key sales approach has made him a winner in my book. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with the deal and will have no future regrets. In fact, because of my confidence in him, I returned and bought myself a 2010 RX350, then turned around and traded my wife's 2008 ES for a 2011 ES350. Never before have I experienced a car dealership that made you feel like you were part of their family and were extremely important to them, and that, plus a quality automobile, is what Hendricks Lexus and their outstanding staff, brings to the table.
