From the second I stepped into the showroom, I was treated with respect by the entire staff. Years ago, I had a horrible experience with Lexus in Wisconsin and swore I would never step foot in a Lexus showroom ever again. But after reading the reviews on Lexus, I had to give it one more try. Bill Ingram treated me like royalty, patiently answered all my questions, made buying the car so easy and has continued with amazing follow-up. I genuinely feel like part of the Lexus family now. I have been recommending them to anyone and everyone!!!
