Hendrick Hyundai North has never let me down in the service or sales department. Scheduling routine maintance is a breeze and the service managers always immediately greet you at the door. I have never had to take my vechicle back for the same thing twice, it is always done right the first time. Highly recommend for any existing hyundai owner, or anyone looking to buy more

Hyundai would not replace a defective part on a month old car, and caused body damage that i had to repair out of my pocket. Bringing my car in did not fix anything and cost me $500 more

Just had my first maintenance done by these folks after buying my car there. They are a great dealership, very friendly, the place is clean, and they are very personable and professional, they don't waste your time. The prices for maintenance are very fair as well, I don't question getting my work done from them versus the local garage. more

Had a 10:00 appt. At 11:15, car still sitting in parking lot having not even been looked at it, for a simple oil change. Also advised them of two other issues that needed to be dealt with having already had a certified technician somewhere else tell me what was wrong with car and when I reported problems to them and told them what was wrong, I was simply told "nothing wrong with car" after having sat there for 4 hours. Note that car did not sit out in parking lot waiting on a technician instead of just going straight to oil changer, because person that had car entire time, was simply the oil changer person. more

Shandoffish service representative (relating to manner on which thongs were explained). After service was done, dealership had the audacity to request trading in my vehicle for a new or preowned vehicle. I hope I don't ever have to go to that dealership again. As a matter of fact, in the event I need to go to a Hyundai dealership for any reason, I'll go out of my way to avoid Hendrick Hyundai. more

This was my first visit to the Hyudai service department and I was very pleased, though I only needed a routine oil change. The staff was friendly and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with mini workstations, wifi, coffee and vending machines. more
