I was a tenant for someone who used Henderson Heating as their service provider. There were only 3 occassions where the landlord was absent that I had to deal with Henderson directly and all three times the company was terribly dismissive. more

Unreliable! 8/22/2006

I had appointment with Mr. Henderson on a late Friday afternoon for him to give me an estimate for installation of new exhaust pipe for the hot water heater. I called a few hours before appointment to confirm it, and the secretary told me he wont be able to make it until sometime the day after, and promised that hell call back. The next day, after not hearing from Mr. Henderson, I called again and left another message for him to call back. He never did. I ended up hiring someone else. more
