Please do not bother with this groupon, the place is waste of your time. It fullof clutter with 2 TV's right next to one another and they clearly utilize every overhead space for storage. Its very dingy not spa like at all. Yes the staff is nice, but would you buy a sandwich from a deli guy who had a great personality but was fillthy? Probably not. Stay away. more

\r The company is a total scam; I got this Groupon last time... I had a problem scheduling an appointment and had to call Groupon to have them to call me. When I did finally get in to use my Groupon for my 3 sessions, all they really wanted was the Groupon code. (I only got to use 1 of 3 sessions, I would love to have my money back on this Groupon).\r Before you walk in to the door, the place looks like an older office building (I accepted that) but when I walked into the office (I was expecting a little bit of a spa like atmosphere) instead it was crammed, stuffy, small, and a bit run down. All the equipment is crammed in every inch of the office (there is not much equipment), the treatment was just ok (no results). \r I scheduled my next appointment on a Saturday and stated clearly that was good. I came back on the Saturday the parking lot was being repaved. I parked on the in lot next to the office building and walked over; when I got there the office was closed. I called several times and left a message that I was there and they need to call me to reschedule. Guess what?? The never called back, what a surprise! \r This complaint is coming from someone who never takes the time to write any reviews but I felt I had to in this case to help people in their decision.\r more

Words can't express how thankful I am for being able to meet a knowledgeable and professional woman like Kathi. She is always available when I have questions and concerns. She worked around my schedule. She was available 24 hours a day. The establishment is very professional, clean and has state of the art equipment. I completed the 21 day detox. The proprietor of this establishment Kathi Fentress is very knowledgeable, gracious and accommodating. She makes something so personal a relaxing and informative experience. I have been a patron for almost a year now and have recommended her services to several friends. The fact that she provides services on a 24-hr basis makes it very accessible. I always feel GREAT after a session, whether it be hydrotherapy, sauna, vibrational therapy, Kathi is the greatest and her menu of services are wonderful. While I have worked to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle for a few years, working with the practitioners at Help for Health became a life saving experience for me. I have pursued natural health treatments for the last 20 years of my life after having been diagnosed with hypertension. The diagnostic tests they conducted were accurate and enlightened me to a higher level of managing my health concerns. When I met Kathi the owner I was at 202, no energy, had been to the gym tried all sorts of diets. I was working from the outside in when actually it should have been from the inside out. The Prices in this area outrageous. Kathi is a very professional person with a touch of personal care as she truly has passion for getting people well. This is a very pleasant, professional operated business. HFH has top of the line equipment, diffrerent supplements for detox , weight loss. Most of all I have founded the colonic machine to be very helpful for me. The owner (Kathy) really takes out time to found out what you want to do to better your health and explains all options that are available . I am very happy to be a client at HFH.
