Check-up for newly installed unit 12/14/2018

Justin is a very informative gentleman. He takes time to explain what’s going on with the unit and how it works. He goes beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is sealed and that every piece is secure on the unit. This company definitely has a talented and highly trained field/service worker. more

UN MILAGRO, A MIRACLE! 10/7/2018

My air went out last Wed, Brandon came on Thurs. pm. He worked into the night then came back next am. He wasn't going to quit! He rewired my whole unit, in & out. Its working beautifully now. I have to tell you my Trane is 27 yrs old!! more

Ecellent Customer Service and great Value 4/18/2018

Our AC went out over the weekend and I called Hays’ at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning based on the positive online reviews. A live person answered the phone and gathered my information stating that Bill would be in touch with me shortly. Bill called back 15 minutes later and was at my house to provide a quote for replacement within the hour. He provided us with multiple options for our AC replacement and they were literally half the price of one of the big name HVAC companies that advertise heavil in Phoenix. They showed up on time for the install and completed all of the work in one day. They did a professional job on the installation and cleaned up when they were done. . If you are in need of AC repair or replacement don’t hesitate to call Hays. more

AC Tune Up 4/8/2018

Hay's has always been honest and thorough with work. I have had others in to check our system but they have not be trustworthy. Great service 4/7/2018

Very satisfied with Hays. They installed our two Train units in 2009 and have been servicing them since. Very professional. Service tech Brandon was just out and went above and beyond to explained what the readings meant, educated us about features of our two units, good info on the do's and don'ts about operating them. , more

Recently started using Nick P. from Hays Plumbing to resolve issues caused by another contractor. He identified and repaired issues quickly and efficiently. Also added some beneficial items (auto shut-off on water heater, etc). Will use him again. more

Excellent experience! 11/9/2017

New AC installation 6 month checkup. Technician arrived on time. Courteous and well-presented. He changed all filters for us (we are seniors). BIG HELP. He offered tips on our carbon monoxide meters, checkups and a lot more. Best checkup we have ever had. Hays is a new company for us and I think we'll stick with them. Very pleased. New cost was very fair, no cost for check ups. more

Great customer service. 9/6/2017

I called Hays to check my AC unit since it was making some unusual noises during certain times of the day and night. My service professional was Jerry S. In a short time he was able to diagnose the problem and also performed some additional service. My wife and I were so impressed that we signed a 1 year maintenance agreement. When the time comes to replace the unit we will contact Hays. more
