Great Wedding cakes 4/4/2006

The wedding cakes from Haydels Bakery are the best. When I went to my cake tasting, all of the samples tasted like they were freshly baked. The staff was very easy to work with. They made me feel at ease with my selection. They made any changes and I wanted and the and the cake was exactly how I wanted it. It was delivered fresh and on time for my wedding. Everyone raved about the wedding cake and grooms cake. I am upset that the topper that I had in the freezer is not any good because of the length of the power outage post Hurricane Katrina, but I will be going to Haydels to get a small duplicate as to celebrate with my first year anniversary. more

Great bakery....Known for it's King cakes and kringles... 7/14/2005

Haydel's is known for it's King Cakes which are sold during the Mardi Gras season. Haydel's will send them all over the country. The Kringles are most popular around Christmas time. They are not like the King Cakes. Haydel's webpage offers you the chance to buy one. It's worth the money to send a King Cake or Kringle to a friend in another state. more
