Haveli, Banquet & Indian Fine Dining

I recently had the horrible experience of how they serve and service at Haveli Banqueting at Sunrise on two different occasions. The food was sub standard and they didn't have available sufficient food at the buffet table or the apetizer service. On one occasion I noticed the guests had to shout and scream at the owner and service staff to replenish the dishes. I was told the owner is very dishonest and hard to deal with and does not follow through with his promises. HE IS A MONEY HUNGRY emigrant and his employees are illegally in this country. He serves the previous days buffet dishes from his restaurant at the banqueting parties. MY FELLOW ASIANS FRIENDS STAY AWAY FROM THIS SLUM FOR YOUR PARTIES. more

It was a Friday evening. In a busy city of plantation....where any silly restaurant has a wait time. Urban spoon recommends this restaurant as 100%. So we decided to pay a visit. At 7pm on Friday....not a soul. We were a bit surprised. We decided however, to stay and try it out. The place had floral bouquets on each table with dead roses.....a strange unpleasant stench permeated the entire place. It was definitely not clean. The buffet was lying there may be for several hours.....evaporated, seemed stale. So we decided to order from the menu. At the time we were not brave enough to order the whole dinner courses. But we did order quite a bit. Not good....not good......we had to pull through it. We were hungry too. The food took a long time. May be 30 - 40 mins!! \r \r Now I am a Indian chef myself.....I know how these should be tasting. And I know how a good Indian or a Pakistani food must be tasting. \r \r Well, it was an awful experience overall. more

went there on my day off to see what they upto as i myself is the owner of an indian resturant(miami) . found place very clean..they have a buffet with huge viraity.. food was fresh and excellent in taste.. Lamb karahi was mouth watering and BBQ was so great that we tok some home..\r prices are very reasionable. naansare fresh ..hot and flufy.\r highly recomend this place. more
