Best Pet Shop Within 30 Square Miles 9/27/2011

Their store is well kept and the animals are well cared for. They have a great selection of items and they are not super overpriced. The fish tanks look very good and the fish are the healthiest around. I drove 30 Miles to buy my fish there. more

Great Pet Store! 6/8/2011

This store has never disappointed me and usually surprises me with thier selection and information regarding my pets. I even found a Greek Tortoise there and I was about to order one from London! Now I have Greek Tortoise babies! They have the special food my dogs need (Petsmart, Jack's,Petmart etc do not!). LOVE this place more

A Great Local Pet Store! 2/22/2010

This place is great. I have not been in for years and I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. Is it under new management? This pet shop looks great and I was greeted by a friendly staff that was not overly talkative or suggestive. It was a great balance of fun and professionalism. I was truly impressed. When I did need help answering some questions the staff was not far away and answered my questions quickly and accurately. No long-winded explanations but all the women that helped me were very friendly and interested in what my needs were. I will be back! Pros: great management and customer service Cons: None! more

A Pet Paradise 1/20/2010

The store is convenient, well stocked and has some innovative merchandise that the big box stores don?t bother with. Employees are friendly, helpful and well informed. You get good service, and quality merchandise at a good price. Pros: Store employees are well informed & will order anything more

Best Family Owned Pet Store 12/28/2009

I love this pet store.! The staff is so knowleagable and they willing to answer all my questions. I also love how convenient this store is because I'm able do all my shopping in one great spot. Thanks to everyone at Harrison Pet Center for all your help! We'll see you again soon! more

The Best In Town 12/28/2009

Harrison Pet Center is a great local pet shop. I have been shopping there for years and have no complaints. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care about their animals and their customers. I think the bad reviews on this site are from a former employee who is just mad about losing their job! Pros: friendly and really care about the animals more

Worst Pet Place 12/14/2009

This is the worst Pet place I have ever been. It smelled like death, looks like a tornado blew through the place. The Workers don't know what they are talking about and will tell you practically anything to buy a product/animal. The fish have ick and they have a poor selection, I bought a saltwater Lionfish and it died 3 days later from ick. They wouldn't return the purchase because they only guarantee fish for 48 hours even though it had ick all over it and I brought the fish in to show them! Once a good business, now a dying piece of shit. Cons: Lazy/Unknowledgable workers more

Best Family Owned Pet Store 3/6/2009

Great place! The staff knows what they are talking about and they have almost everything you could need. If you don't see what you need - just ask and they should be able to order it for you! A great way to keep your money in the community. They have been in business for almost 20 years. more
