I this was a horrible experience for me and my daughter in seeking a fitted orthotic. Not only did the overpriced pieces of junk not fit. (I has three differentpodiatrists tell me the product was worthless, but it gave my daughter a blister which became infected and required hospitalization. They are trying to Bill my insurance for $1000 for something that looks like you got it at a Dollar store. ' Ifeel like charging Hangar for medicalbills. Also the man in charge of fitting at the mequon store seems to have a personality disorder _ he was unbelievably rude, highly inappropriate, And downright obnoxious. I guess this is a new sales technique. I am a physician myself in this town and I would suggest that this is the last place in the city that you should visit.\r \r more

Been to this place twice, and hated it both times. They lag on billing...the first time, we didn't get a bill for over a year, and then the insurance (of course) refused it, so we had to pay in cash. The second experience, the person who fits you with the devices (Glenn) was rude, and just kind of sarcastic in attitude. Not really the place for it, when you're getting fitted for a device you are already pretty devastated about having to have. I wouldn't recommend them at all. more
