DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! 2/16/2011

After 2 hrs to be seen by Dr. Otto, I was told that they didn't request my labs' results and had to wait for it. The staff is unprofessional and don't even care about patients and they just see patients as dollar signs. After asking the front’ desk personnel about the status of the labs, which results were available a week prior to this appt.; the only answer received was that they were waiting on a fax @ 5:30 pm. The lab was already closed; so, why should I wait for? I'm wondering; how the staff prepares the medical records for the day? The other irrational answer provided was that the Dr. has a very busy schedule; so; patients don't? This SERVICE isn't for free; therefore, we (patients) pay for it. This staff should remember that when providing customer service!!! Obviously, that front' desk staff need an urgent course of ""Professionalism for dummies""!!! Trust me you won't regret and she's not the only ""specialist"" in the area. more

Broken Wrist. Distal Radius Fracture with Cominution of the Intra-Articular Suface. At least 8 Fragments. Bad! 9/14/2007

The office girl is Snitty and Nearly Useless, the Med-Tech is worse, But the Surgical Results and Dr. Otto in general more than make up for these perceived shortcomings. Dr. Otto was helpful, thoughtful and very professional. The Sugery went great and was very quick considering the complexity. The Sugical Tech, Annie was also Top-Notch. The Meds have been spot on and the follow-up was thorough on Dr. Otto's part , however, and this is a serious concern, the Med -Tech looked at my chart, saw Distal Radius FRX and began to forceably Dorsiflex my Hand. Yeeeooowww!!!!!!!!!!! When I mentioned the Kirschner Wires running from one side to the other at a 45 degree angle through my Hand and suggested that perhaps an evaluation of the X-Rays was in order, he paused, looked at them and said ""wow, sorry"" he then proceeded to complain about"" the 6 months of school it took to learn how to do this""\r My Faith in Dr.Otto is Strong and I will continue to see her for the course of my recuperation.\r more
